2.Our designers and operation teams work in Nepal. products are handmade and shipped from overseas.
3.As all products are handmade, orders placed in the US will take 6-7 business days to ship. Orders to other international countries will take 9-15 days.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is fulfilled.
4. International Shipping:
International orders continue to experience longer than expected shipping timelines. Based on carrier delays, please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to arrive. If your order has not arrived by then, contact customer care for help. Our fulfillment timelines are usually within 1 - 3 business days of receiving your order, but there is nothing we can do about the extended carrier delays for international orders.

What is your return policy?
1.Returns and exchanges are accepted if carajol is notified and the jewelry is mailed back within seven days of receipt in the condition in which it was received. Jewelry must be unworn, in original packaging, and have an approval email from carajol.
2.Contact carajol Jewelry here. After seven days, exchanges of unworn jewelry will be considered on a case-by-case basis within 30 days and will include a 20% processing fee (20% of the price of the returned jewelry). Worn or custom jewelry may not be returned or exchanged.
How do I return the jewelry?
1.Contact carajol here to start your return.
2.Please return the jewelry in a box or a bubble envelope with rigid insert (like a piece of cardboard).
* Do NOT use a regular mailing envelope.
* Customers are responsible for damage to or loss of the returned piece. I've literally received empty mailing envelopes where a customer mailed back jewelry and got smashed and fell out. Hence using a bubble envelope or box!
